The Circus

There are three main types of threads that will find a home here in The Circus: games, quizzes and polls. Here are the criteria used to determine if a thread qualifies:

Games

> It's an offline game most people will recognize as such (e.g., Mornington Crescent, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue).

> Has a specific set of requirements for posting (e.g., Everlasting Sentences, Thread without the Letter O).

Note: if it's a games thread, spell out the rules in the opening post. New people join the Ship every day, and even if this game has been played 1000 times already, not everyone will know how to play it. Take pity on them – you were new once, too. If the rules are complex or stupidly long and involved, link to a site that explains them.

Quizzes

> A quiz designed by a member (e.g., Knockout Quiz).

> Quizzes and tests on the Internet (e.g., Test Your Spiritual IQ, Political Compass).

Polls

> Opinion polls (e.g., favorite color, who is the antichrist).

> What should I do? polls (e.g. which car should I buy, who should I marry).

The rules

The normal Ship of Fools 10 Commandments continue to apply. Your ringmasters are listed at the top of the board. Feel free to give them a shout if you're hopelessly confused.
